It used to PTOs, now converted to FTOs (flexible time off) with manager discretion. Beware if you take too many FTOs, it will affect performance review. The last of the project you are supporting is the last day in Caci, which is ridiculous, as there is no difference between employees and contractors. They dont give time to search for other opportunities within Caci and fill your last few days with work in the current project.
