Toxic work environment driven by micromanagement and targeting by leadership. Lack of support for employees seeking growth or career advancement. Salary was below market value with no room for growth. Leadership (specifically the Program Manager and Site Lead) displayed unprofessional behavior, including public accusations and micromanagement. Attempts were made to undermine my reputation when I sought a different position in the same building. HR did not effectively address complaints of unethical behavior, resulting in my eventual termination after I raised concerns about what was happening on the project. Communication between management and other entities in the building about employee matters was unprofessional and inappropriate.
