Interesting work, helpful attitude towards investing in and developing new skills

Cons

The contract work leads to some annoying slow bureaucracy at times from processes that need to be followed. They seem to work hard at operating as fast as possible within the rules they been given though.

Pros

This location is great. The people are thoughtful and considerate and they respect your off time. The work is interesting and can be challenging, but in a manageable way. Teammates are always respectful and willing to help out.

Cons

A clearance is required which can take a long time to find out if you passed or not. The IT at the larger organization can be slow as well as aspects of HR.
