Pros

Large company so plenty of other positions to move to. Good tuition assistance. Good development track for aspiring managers

Cons

Company has shifted to "unlimited PTO" for all employees, which resulted in a reduction in average days off for many on client-site contracts that have required utilization rates. Benefits package is sub-par compared to other companies that specialize in data science and tech. No paid self-development time for training required during the day. Health Insurance options are expensive and company doesn't contribute to, or match HSA contributions

Pros

This location is great. The people are thoughtful and considerate and they respect your off time. The work is interesting and can be challenging, but in a manageable way. Teammates are always respectful and willing to help out.

Cons

A clearance is required which can take a long time to find out if you passed or not. The IT at the larger organization can be slow as well as aspects of HR.
