Profit Oriented - Project Manager CACI International Employee Review

CACI management is 100% profit focused, they don't care about the customer or missions the contracts and people support. Most everyone I work has a negative view of CACI but we work here because we believe in the mission sets we support. CACI is also very unfriendly towards small business sub contractors. They want to make sub-contractors do all of the work upfront, deliver a final product then CACI will take the maximum time allowable/possible (based on payment terms) to pay the subcontractor. CACI's irresponsible/petty/harmful business practices ruin business relationships with sub-contractors that we desperately need.
