Pros

Overall, I like the flexibility and relaxed approach that CACI International takes both in completing work and assimilating new hires. They train you on the job as you go via your work team, and the pace at which they train you is reasonable and never stressful or overbearing. Everyone you work with is willing to help you with doing your work if you have questions or concerns about how to complete it. Furthermore, not only are the people at CACI International a great bunch to work with, but the benefits that the company provides are also generally excellent.

Cons

If there are any cons, I would say that it can sometimes be a little annoying working with their systems to complete some training on some work-related websites that either don't fully function or are cumbersome to work with on some levels. Working with such tools as these, though, it always pays to ask a fellow employee for help and guidance on how to fix them or work with them. One other con is that they could arguably increase the number of paid holidays that they allow for employees each fiscal year, but that can be a matter of opinion.

Pros

There are various contracts held by the company.

Cons

Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is not as generous as it seems. I am often unable to get clear guidance on what is an acceptable amount of time to request, whether or not FTO that needs to be used for client holidays is considered when determining acceptable levels of time off, etc.
