      The pay is great and benefits were good. You were surrounded by awesome people doing great things.

      Cons

      If you get assigned to the Globe, it's not the safest location. Additionally, desks and work assignments appear to be influenced by politics and assumed value.

      There are various contracts held by the company.

      Cons

      Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is not as generous as it seems. I am often unable to get clear guidance on what is an acceptable amount of time to request, whether or not FTO that needs to be used for client holidays is considered when determining acceptable levels of time off, etc.
