      Great pay and benefits in a casual, dress-down environment (note that this may not apply to a CACI corporate office, as I was on a client site).

      Cons

      Long hours, some weekends, very demanding. No severance pay (I was a CACI employee on a Government contract, which may be different for CACI corporate employees). Work-life balance can be challenging,

      Pros

      If you only need to work a few month a year, this is a perfect position for people semi-retired.

      Cons

      1. Low pay comparing to similar position. No benefits, no holidays, no vacation. Again, a part time job, just higher hourly rate than your grocery cashiers. 2. 100% travel, once stop travelling, check stop coming in. 3. Dead end, zero upwards potential.
