      Pros

      There is room to grow within the company. If you work hard and are committed to the project someone will notice. It's not always easy to work and I would say half the organizers I worked with took it seriously and tried to improve and the other half were just going through the motions. If you take it seriously it will be a good gig. I was able to move up and make good connections.

      Cons

      Some of the smaller positions don't pay as well as they could.

      Pros

      -paid weekly -great coworkers and some of the canvassers were fun to work with

      Cons

      - The pay was low for majority of the campaign - Sent us out to busy places or low income neighborhoods to “recruit” people to become canvassers. It felt like I was harassing people to meet quotas. Never mind the fact i was catcalled and put into uncomfortable situations because we were always sent out alone.
