Pros
Great residents and on-site team. Opportunity to gain experience in multiple aspects of property management.
Cons
Compensation does not match the workload or responsibilities. Promised promotions and raises were not always honored even after putting in the time, effort, and dedication. Centralization has created more chaos than efficiency, piling extra work onto already stretched property teams. Corporate expectations are unrealistic with little to no additional support or staffing. Managers are now expected to fill in on weekends which leads to burnout and high turnover. Communication from upper management is inconsistent and reactive, not proactive.
