      Pros

      Computer Aid was not a bad place to work. The compensation is not all that great compared to the industry, but you can learn and grow.

      Cons

      The compensation is extremely below market value. There is no training and/or education provided. You must learn on your own time and your own dime.

      - Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
