      Pros

      The work life balance was nice. Also appreciate the events that are thrown at the corporate office. HR does a great job at coordinating the appreciation events and mixers. If you want to focus on your career- this is a great company to learn new skills in order to move on to better companies & opportunities.

      Cons

      A lot of the employees don't care about doing a great job. Extremely hard to find any inspiration here. Pay is well below the market rate. Corporate is being pulled in 1 million directions and they're not really sure what to do.

      Cons

      - Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
