      Pros

      *Flexible Hours *Great employees *Stepping stone to a career

      Cons

      *PTO was okay - 2 weeks from 0-5 years then 3 weeks max. If you have a good relationship with a manager, you could get more vacation weeks. Otherwise "on paper" 3 weeks was the most you could get. *Salary was not competitive, they hire a lot of college grads who will accept lower pay and then do not offer opportunities for promotions *Little room for growth, once you're on a project, you're on it forever. *Constant changing environment, unstable *No set career pathing, no criteria to get to "the next level", ambiguous titles that do not translate to other industries

      - Opportunity to work on interesting, high-impact projects. - Flexible work environment that supports work/life balance. - Many talented and knowledgeable colleagues across the organization.

      Cons

      - Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
