Pros

Most are passionate about supporting company.

Cons

Sr. Leadership certainly doesn't "walk the talk". Clearly a "check the box situation" Spend Millions on an annual get away for Leaders but won't provide paid PTO or Holidays for the neurodiverse population. Its not about the value or contributions of an individual. Working hard towards inclusivity yet it appears to be for the selfish benefit of easily achieved awards and acknowledgements

We appreciate you expressing your concerns surrounding your experience at CAI. We are disappointed to hear that we did not live up to your expectations. We value the dedication each of our employees bring. As a result, we constantly review and improve our benefits package to appropriately reflect the time our employees contribute to CAI. A primary source of our business is in employing and finding life-changing careers for neurodivergent individuals at our offices and our client sites. With this current employee model, we offer competitive time off for contractors under our neurodiverse employment program’s policies. We aim to provide the most meaningful experiences in an inclusive workplace dynamic. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please reach out to our HR department.

Pros

- Opportunity to work on interesting, high-impact projects. - Flexible work environment that supports work/life balance. - Many talented and knowledgeable colleagues across the organization.

Cons

- Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
