Pros

Management is nice, responsive, understanding The minimum experience needed is low for tier 1. Remote work opportunities are plentiful.

Cons

No PTO for non-exempt employees, no paid holidays, moving up to T2 does seem to be 3x the work load for no to little extra compensation... you can do more work but they do NOT value you over employees that do less work for the same pay. I'm speaking from personal experience with upper management regarding a compensation dispute, not just because we all get paid the same

Organizational structure broken. Passive aggressive leadership.
