Pros

Working Remotely has been great.

Cons

Low pay for this kind of position. No PTO, No Holidays. No room for growth. Multiple accounts thrown onto one person, expected to be able to provide quality support when having to be prepared to answer calls from very different companies. Understaffed during shifts. People who don't answer calls for 90% of the shift are included in the counts leading to everyone else having to pick up the slack. There's no backup plan for if multiple people are out one day or if there's a huge increase in call volume for an emergency. Enforcement of policies is uneven. Performance "bonus" for each month is tied to a lottery system and only one person per category is drawn. Chance for a pay increase only comes once a year.

Pros

- Opportunity to work on interesting, high-impact projects. - Flexible work environment that supports work/life balance. - Many talented and knowledgeable colleagues across the organization.

Cons

- Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
