      Great environment to learn & grow in. The demands are fast paced & every growing. Keeps you on your toes.

      There is zero down time. So many projects you usually have to work through lunch & stay late to keep up.

      Pros

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Cons

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
