Pros
Discount is fantastic. So many other stores that you can use it at. Co-workers can be fun at times, but there is high turnover as well.
Cons
Top management is horrible and fake to lower level employees + managers. They act like they are there to help you but instead they do the exact opposite. They are #1 at taking advantage of you. If you are not corporate/gm forget about it. Not a place you would want to stay and work for so long. You'll work extremely long hours and like I said taken advantage of, at times you don't even get your required break.
