Overall, a Great Company to Work For - Sales Associate CALVIN KLEIN Employee Review

I have worked here for almost two years now, and have only received one pay raise. I have done returns and exchanges for almost the whole time working here, but never received a pay raise for doing more work. I only received the pay raise I did for being recognized as one of the hardest workers there, which I cannot complain about! It does kind of stink to do extra work for so long, but not get paid for it. That is because a Lead position, which is what position I would be in for doing returns and exchanges, does not exist here.
