Entry level, flexible work schedule, opportunity for growth and raises, ability to go on call for those in school, nice managers

Cons

It's very repetitive work and can get boring very fast. Required to work black friday or else you will be fired.

Employee discount is nice, if you find something that you can wash that won't shrink.

Cons

The store has been short staffed with management ever since I've worked there. It's clear that the management is stressed out and stress is coming from the higher-ups and filtering down to the sales associates
