Pros

Great discounts, friendly work environment. Outside of ethical values, management are great to work with and a familiar environment is present. Appreciated how we were encouraged to have a relationship with the good quality clothes and designs, especially with CK Premium

Cons

In response to mental health, mangers were sympathetic but placed their target values above the wellbeing of staff. Had to use doctors note (prescribed 1 month) to push to get the mental health break (requested 2 weeks) that I need despite open communication since beginning of employment about mental health history. Progression upwards is stunted. Management are not open to updating views inputted from the team. A colleague worked as an assistant manager, key holder, in store visual merchandiser and was one of the highest sellers in the country. And was only given a quid or two pay raise from a single supervisor role pay check. And that was after multiple requests.

Pros

Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

Cons

Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
