      Management is definitely not trained to manage people. There's no understanding or sympathy towards employees. Good luck calling off when there's an emergency because they don't care... "Find someone to cover your shift" is all they say. Even when there was a medical emergency in my family. The pay is horrible for all they ask you to do. I'm not sure if it's just the Cypress location but CK needs to do better.

      Pros

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Cons

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
