      Great prestigious company. Good benefits. Not bad salary.

      Cons

      So once you step foot, you’re on your own to figure things out and if your manager is anything like mine, they will just assume that you already know how to do everything so they will start throwing projects at you and grill you for not finishing it within a short amount of time. They are going 100miles an hour and are expecting you to get up to speed from day 1.

      Pros

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Cons

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
