      Good benefits and pay for starting postion

      Cons

      Had to work very late hours (wouldn’t get done until 10pm most nights) Unrealistic expectations from director on what needed to be done and when Director put down confidence and affected my work Horrible expectations on project management and timing Pay is not worth the time needed to put in on this position

      Pros

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Cons

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
