      Pros

      The discounts are good and there was always lots to do to be busy.

      Cons

      Terrible management. We were threatened to be fired. Management didn't care when there were many complaints. Also worked 14 hrs on boxing day and hours after that were insane. I needed a job and just got this before Christmas so needed to say yes to this job. Never worked in such a hostile retail environment- let alone any work environment I've been in.

      Pros

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Cons

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
