Pros
Busy job, CEO and his associates appreciate employees. Parking is somewhat provided for employees in that employees and visitors share areas. There is opportunity to meet people. Co-workers are friendly and very helpful.
Cons
Low pay; pay increases are annual and only pennies on the dollar; it can take more than 2 years to get a $1.00 raise. Annual reviews are intentionally degrading to keep the raises small. Employees are below poverty level. There's a lot of work, requiring the use of micro soft office suite programs; there are about 8 committees that this position has to do the minutes for and distribute. Insurance benefits are terminated within 7 days of leaving, even though you have not received last pay check. This company is not required to provide last pay check upon termination, but do so on the next pay date.
