Pros
Work with seasoned staff who are very knowledgeable in their fields. Great teamwork to help provide the patient with the best care that can be offered. There are plenty of different patients that one can encounter on a daily basis.
Cons
Patient population is at it's worst in recent years due to multifactorial issues that plague the existing community including but not limited to: aging population, rampant drug abuse in the community, increased poverty, etc.
