Horrible pay - Anonymous employee CAMC Health Employee Review

The biggest issue would be No raises. Anyone new is hired at higher pay then workers who have been there 30 years. They do not value any of their employees at all. All management and higher ups focus on the physicians and getting themself raises (300k) a year. While regular staff is way underpaid. Constant changes with our work process and system outages everyday, cant get any work done. They will raise our insurance and benefits $10-$20 every year without giving us any raise.
