CAPSHER does a great job listening to their employees. They welcome feedback, and actually do something about it. They also work on some pretty cool stuff. Definitely always putting their employees first.

Same as any growing company, but they're working out the kinks

I was mentored from a fresh developer. Lots of opportunities to work on different types of projects and technologies. Fewer promotion opportunities. Saw a lot of people leave rather than being promoted.

Cons

Very siloed work. You do your own work, collaborating with the lead. Would have liked more inter team member involvement day to day. Needs to push for more automatic testing design with clients.
