Excellent place to get good training regarding engineering software. By far the most talented developers I've encountered. Developed many applications being used by large companies in the world. Great people to work with.

Cons

Inadequate organization chart, lack of a well defined chain of command. No tangible business policies.

I was mentored from a fresh developer. Lots of opportunities to work on different types of projects and technologies. Fewer promotion opportunities. Saw a lot of people leave rather than being promoted.

Cons

Very siloed work. You do your own work, collaborating with the lead. Would have liked more inter team member involvement day to day. Needs to push for more automatic testing design with clients.
