Very friendly and open. CAPSHER has changed so much throughout the years and is continuing to grow as a small company. There is more transparency from upper management, there are more opportunities for advancement and overall has a great work environment. They really are all about family first and work second!

I was mentored from a fresh developer. Lots of opportunities to work on different types of projects and technologies. Fewer promotion opportunities. Saw a lot of people leave rather than being promoted.

Cons

Very siloed work. You do your own work, collaborating with the lead. Would have liked more inter team member involvement day to day. Needs to push for more automatic testing design with clients.
