Cons

Fast-growing company; doing a great job of managing growth but risk of a dilution in culture through increased acquisition and growth away from our home office.

Pros

Great benefits, nice perks, room for growth.

Cons

Horrible company culture. Constant racism in the companies practices and blatant sexism by a lot of the advisors here. If they make any money for the company just know that they will not be held accountable for their actions. High turnover for people of color. Pay is not commensurate with performance only tenure. Clear elitism without consequence.
