Interesting people, opportunities for community involvement, growth mindset, encouragement, collaborative environment.

Cons

Busy parking garage. Due to rapid growth of company, there is always lots of work to do - not a con per se, but it wouldn't be a good fit for someone who doesn't enjoy a fast pace.

Great benefits, nice perks, room for growth.

Cons

Horrible company culture. Constant racism in the companies practices and blatant sexism by a lot of the advisors here. If they make any money for the company just know that they will not be held accountable for their actions. High turnover for people of color. Pay is not commensurate with performance only tenure. Clear elitism without consequence.
