Impressive knowledge collectively throughout the entire organization. Everyone is willing to share what they know and encourage you to ask questions so they can help. Amazing team and work environment. I feel lucky to be part of it all!

Good benefits. Some hard working people who genuinely care

Cons

CAQH prioritizes off shore help over people located in the United States. Layoffs are frequent to bring in more off shore contractors. 2025 was a waste of money for the organization because the hired off shore contractors failed to push out the new application. ELT was not held accountable. Current push for AI is also going to cost more people jobs. CAQH cares more about hiring management and cheap overseas labor vs actual results.
