7yWe could not agree more that any harassment in the workplace is not okay. However, to say that management did nothing or only gave an employee numerous talks is simply not true. In any case of harassment or employee misconduct we follow a very thorough process to deliver an appropriate reprimand and resolution.
It’s inappropriate for us to get into details of any HR issues publically in order to protect all parties but from what I am gathering from your review it appears you are upset that this alleged issue did not result in a termination. However, let me be clear in no uncertain terms, if management is presented with clear evidence that an employee was or is violating our harassment policy at CARCHEX, that employee would be terminated regardless of their position in the company or their performance.
I’m saddened to hear that you did not feel safe at CARCHEX. We do everything possible to promote a positive and safe work environment. Our award winning culture is the thing we are most proud of at CARCHEX.
