We are not clear about what you are referring to when you mention a “Horrible Structure, deceiving ways, company basically shot itself in the foot.” As you know from being a Vehicle Protection Specialist at CARCHEX, our brand promise is “Customer Experience Above All.” As a result, the Better Business Bureau has consistently awarded us an A+ rating for over 20 years. We go to great lengths to structure our organization to ensure that we provide the highest level of service to both our customers and employees.
We are deeply concerned that you feel we have not lived up to that Brand Promise and would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your concerns so we can make any needed improvements so both our employees and customers have a rewarding experience when working with us.
