Pros
-Good work place atmosphere and comradery (I started during the pandemic and have never been in the office but still feel a connection to my coworkers) -Great training program that prepares you even with no prior sales experience. -Great benefits package (insurance, PTO, 401k) -Shockingly generous commission structure -No cold calling -Supportive management team eager to teach
Cons
-This is a con for some but you do need to work hard if you expect to succeed. If you do not plan to give it your all and you aren't interested in maximizing your earning potential don't waste your time. -This job can be slightly repetitive
