The place has been a total life changer for me. For once a place that does not cap your sales. A place that truly cares for the employee. A very positive atmosphere that truly rewards hard work. They even give you profit sharing, how many companies reward top performers with that? We get free personal training and free yoga. Our CEO believes in healthy body healthy mind.
Cons
Onlyvi can think of is working every third Saturday. But this is sales, most sales have to work more Saturdays than that.
