Terrible work place - Anonymous employee CATALIS (GA) Employee Review

I now know that the diverse nationalities and people were due to their high turn over rate and low pay. Micromanaging, forced smiles, chaos, harshness were normal. They didnt care how crazy the weather was during the winter, it was office first for them. Even if you have a medical report or just had a baby, they did not care - just come to the office. Their products are mediocre and as a new hire, getting the required information or work tools was almost impossible because the previous staff are no longer there to handhold you. They hire and fire at will, without warning. No job security
