Pros

CATHEXIS has grown from when I first started. Like any small company, growth has meant changes. Naturally, it's common to see some resistance to change, but I am pleased with the uptick in communication from leadership and the effort to make sure we are maturing with the growth of the company. It's a small company that has direct access to upper-level management that is approachable and willing to listen. I appreciate the work we do to support our Veterans.

Cons

Not really a con, but I would love to see more work with different client bases. There has been talk about taking services to new clients and that would be fantastic for career growth opportunities.

Even during a challenging period for the government contracting industry, leadership has continued to invest in the company and its people rather than pull back. That kind of commitment to growth and innovation when things get tough says a lot about the culture and the direction leadership wants to take the company.

Cons

The current government climate has made the industry difficult to navigate, and like many companies in this space, that has meant a fair amount of pivoting and rapid change. At times the speed of those changes has outpaced internal communication, which can leave employees feeling like they're catching up. Not a dealbreaker, but an area with room to grow.
