They clearly care about HOW they deliver and are thoughtful is all they do. They are a great example of how it's possible to grow and be successful while still putting people first.

None really. I enjoy the corporate communication and wouldn't mind more of it.

At times the speed of those changes has outpaced internal communication, which can leave employees feeling like they're catching up. Not a dealbreaker, but an area with room to grow.
