CATHEXIS genuinely cares about its employees and customers, and it shows. Even during a challenging period for the government contracting industry, leadership has continued to invest in the company and its people rather than pull back. That kind of commitment to growth and innovation when things get tough says a lot about the culture and the direction leadership wants to take the company.

The current government climate has made the industry difficult to navigate, and like many companies in this space, that has meant a fair amount of pivoting and rapid change.
