Pros

Healthy salary and some good people on staff. The potential to do meaningful work with client stakeholders.

Cons

Upper management is dysfunctional and unreliable, which leads to unfair and toxic work environments and neglect of the key client stakeholders, which, in turn, leads to unstable job security. There is a lack of transparency and consideration for staff, and a high turnover of middle managers due to the lack of support and empowerment from upper management which contributes to challenges in effectively providing support to key client stakeholders and direct reports.

Pros

CATHEXIS genuinely cares about its employees and customers, and it shows. Even during a challenging period for the government contracting industry, leadership has continued to invest in the company and its people rather than pull back. That kind of commitment to growth and innovation when things get tough says a lot about the culture and the direction leadership wants to take the company.

Cons

The current government climate has made the industry difficult to navigate, and like many companies in this space, that has meant a fair amount of pivoting and rapid change. At times the speed of those changes has outpaced internal communication, which can leave employees feeling like they're catching up. Not a dealbreaker, but an area with room to grow.
