this company does not allow you to take a rest in between calls, they push you to move on collecting money before arrangements can be set up, they take your personal time off and use it when you need to call off. the expected 95% log on duration sucks because that means 95% of the time you have to be in your seat. I do not think it is worth the 11.25 an hour for us to do that. and they push you to do overtime
