Terrible management culture. Management treats employees like children and micro manages constantly. Instead of providing feedback in a constructive manner and giving assistance to how to help employees improve they use harsh criticisms and disciplinary action to try to scare the employee into performing well. Creates a stressful atmosphere to work in and is not great for your mental health.
