IRS Collection - Customer Service Representative CBE Companies Employee Review

The training stunk..trainer was more worried about leaving early on fridays for the lake and not doing much training on mondays cause he was tired from being at the lake. HIs training on what we needed to know, cost me my job. All I heard was "that was in the training" and it WAS NOT. They EXPECT you know everything and the the Sups would give you different answers. Our head Sup didn't even know how to do our job and said if you need answers, you will have to ask your Sup cause I don't know the answer.
