Terrible place to work - Collection Representative CBE Companies Employee Review

Cooperate Management are oblivious to how their decisions impact people. They changed commission 7 times with each time getting worse. Promotions are scarce or worthless.(more work same pay). They will go out of their way not to pay for unemployment by lying about why you got let go. Health benefits are terrible. This company started going downhill when they changed their President and VP a couple of years ago. They give impossible goals to achieve in months that people have little or no money and DECREASE YOUR PAY WHEN YOU DON'T HIT IT!! RUN AWAY!! FAR AWAY!! ONLY WORK HERE IF YOU ARE DESPERATE!!
