Pros
They allow flexibility to work remotely.
Cons
They treat remote employees as subpar colleagues and do not consider their needs. When it came to technology for in person meetings, remote employees were overlooked or forgotten entirely by not offering a virtual meeting options. Additionally, as part of their service model they pride in-person client meetings however for key meetings would often leave remote employees out of these meetings leaving a gap in knowledge when servicing clients. Organizationally, for company events such as Employee Appreciation Day or Anniversary events remote employees were not considered. In person events were the only option. There were not even notes or emails sent to remote employees to acknowledge their presence.
