Company was more than generous in attempting to hold my position while I was out on medical leave, which went from an anticipated 4-6 week absence to nearly a year. They held my position open for nearly nine months in hopes of my return. I tip my hat to them and take that as a compliment and acknowledgement of my value. My former team members were outstanding and performed above and beyond their assigned duties to cover for me and themselves while I was out. Though there were differences among the crew, as there are in any family, for the most part, there was a great team environment. We could always count on each other when the chips were down.
