Big name with a huge diverse of business offerings so the ability to move within the brand name should be fairly possible. Overall leadership say the right things, does not always trickle down to the individual business units.
Cons
Facilities management arm of the business allowed to operate with little check and balance, acquiring a much larger EMEA wide business then shoe horning into their UK model. This followed many excellent and outstanding leadership casualties whose loss of knowledge will be greatly impactful to the business taking the organisation that was acquired back some 10 years - both commercially and operationally. A sad time for the business, and those making the decisions will not feel the impact as the front line staff take the day to day impact.
